“Working with Lauren has been one of the most grounding and illuminating experiences of my personal and professional journey. I was sceptical of human design at first and in her business container Lauren gently helped me see the power in understanding it. Through her gentle guidance and deep wisdom, I’ve come to understand myself as a Projector in Human Design as a profound gift. Lauren has helped me slow down, trust my timing, and honour my unique rhythm in both life and business. Her insight has given me permission to lead, create, and rest in ways that feel aligned rather than forced. I now approach my work, my relationships, and my energy with so much more awareness and grace. Lauren’s presence is calm, intuitive, and quietly powerful she doesn’t just teach Human Design, she embodies it. I’m deeply grateful for the way she has helped me see myself more clearly and live and run my business more sustainably as a Projector type.”

“Lauren came into my life at the time when I was feeling overwhelmed with my business. Over the years I have known her, she has become a mentor, a friend and the wisest woman I know as I have navigated some of the most challenging times in my life. Lauren ‘s work and deep understanding of the impact matrescence and motherhood can have, especially for me as a business owner has been one of my greatest findings over the last few years, and I recommend her to everyone. My gratitude knows no bounds! Thank you Lauren for always being there in my corner, teaching me so much and allowing me to expand in my life and business even throughout some of the scariest most difficult, most exhausting, Frustrating and difficult times. Work with Lauren , if you possibly can- she is everything you need and more.”

“I can’t recommend Lauren enough. She has an innate ability to guide you to, and down, the paths you need to walk to realise your journey. The compassion, wisdom and warmth she brought to every session, coupled with her professional tools created a space for me to really explore a new layer every session. I am really grateful to her for creating that space to hold me safe; without her I know that my unfolding wouldn’t have been as expansive.”

“The magic and remembrance that happens in your held space is not easy to describe in linear words. Much of your guidance through dropping in and via your questions unlock some codes and inner knowing that’s inside of me. I appreciate your constant invitation and allowing to choose myself versus pushing your own way of seeing things. That feels liberating and deeply nourishing. Also somehow, and yet not surprisingly, the women that gather in your held spaces are just beyond amazing and so the mystery of group healing and expansion happens as well.”

“I highly recommend working with Lauren and can say that for me it has been a transformative experience! Her deep understanding of human design and eloquence in conveying the system and its subtleties have helped me understand myself in a way truly unique to other forms of coaching. I have found myself often reflecting on insights from our time together months after a session, and as I face new life chapters and situations, my understanding deepens layer by layer. Thank you so much Lauren! What a gift!”

“Working with Lauren was truly magical. Never have I felt so safe, supported and seen. She took the time to deeply understand me, my mission and the vision of what I wanted to create, with her thoughtful, deeply reflective questions, some of which I hadn’t thought about before.“
