Each project is different and unique, however the following provides you with an outline of what to expect.

After we have had our initial free call to discuss you desires for the project I will send you an agreement, timeline and outline of our work together. A non refundable 25% deposit is required at this point to secure our time together.

You will be required to provide me with a Pinterest board of inspiration, as well as the answers to your questionnaire before we have our Structure Session.

All copy and imagery is required one week before our build begins - this is to be provided by you and any delay in receiving this will impact the project and could cause additional costs if we have to move the project dates. I strongly advise using professional brand imagery to truly bring your heart work to life.

You will need to be available to answer questions if they arise during our time together.

The project will be completed by our agreed deadline and I will provide you with launch graphics to share if you wish.

I work in a very interactive way with clients, and enjoy this as a co-creative process, this truly enables me to ensure that the final result is a true representation of your heart work.

2-4 weeks from the start of the build to completion.

Each website project is totally customised, however if you want to add on additional extras we can add on additional time if necessary, you can easily integrate the following into Squarespace…

• Shop - for digital or physical products and services.

• Scheduling - for booking group and one to one events both online and in person.

• Blog - to showcase your writing or resources.

• Events - to highlight experiences that you are offering.

• Courses - simple and easy to use to deliver content and courses to showcase your offerings.

Design items such as Free Opt Ins, Newsletter templates, Canva Social media templates can also be created. Priced individually.

You are required to pay a non refundable 25% deposit at the time of booking to secure the start of your project.

The remaining 75% can be paid in one lump sum, or in two further instalments prior to the completion of the project. This will be discussed and agreed at the time of booking.

Payment methods are by bank transfer for UK clients or Stripe for international.

In order to begin our project you will need to provide me with the following…

All final copy for your pages. This will need to be clearly marked, proof read and mapped out in the way you wish for it to appear on the site. I will intuitively place copy in the site on the pages but it does need clear direction from you. If you need support with this contact me and we can discuss.

High quality consistent imagery. This is vital for your website to truly stand out and flow beautifully. We can work together to look at Stock Imagery that will work on your site, however I truly recommend you invest in a professional branding photoshoot.

Your domain. You can purchase a domain through Squarespace, or using a third party host. We can discuss this in the initial consultation.
